GROUP CLASSES

I am fed up feeling unfit and I am unhappy with what I see when I look in the mirror. I need to get in shape but hate training on my own.

I want to lose weight, get fitter and feel healthier. I want a quick fix so I can feel more comfortable in my clothes and more confident about my appearance.

I prefer working out in a group, making new friends and having fun whilst achieving my fitness goals!

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

I am bored of feeling unfit and I'm worried about my health. I know I need to lose a few pounds and drop a clothes size.

I am fed up with yoyo dieting and I want something that will help me lose weight and keep it off.

I want to train with my friends, family or colleagues. This will help keep me stay focused and motivated as we all achieve our goals together!

PERSONAL TRAINING

I am worried about my health and need to lose a few pounds and tone up. I know that if I lose weight I will be happier and healthier.

I want to achieve a transformation that will last me a lifetime. I know where I would like to get to, but, I don't know the right way to get there.

I need one on one training, where my nutrition and exercise is taken care off, guaranteeing that I achieve my ideal body!

The training was varied, always challenging but really enjoyable and Alex was always available to offer help and advice on anything (and I asked a lot of questions!). The result? In 6 months I have lost over 15kg of fat and halved my body fat percentage and dropped two dress sizes – if it hadn’t happened to me, I would struggle to believe it was possible. I am stronger, leaner and breaking all my PBs. I’m not going to lie – it’s been hard work, and there have been a few ‘diva-style’ strops along the way (not that it got me anywhere!) but the results have made it all worth it!

I started training with Alex looking for a full body transformation and he gave me the motivation and technical guidance I needed to push myself to attain that ideal physique. In first two months I tried to be as regimental as possible and aimed to lose 2% body fat a month, and after two months I managed to lose 10% body fat whilst also increasing lean muscle! I am now in better shape than ever before and am on my well on my way to the transformation and body I’ve always dreamed of.
